WHITENING
The process of tooth whitening lightens the colour of the tooth. Teeth whitening can be achieved by either changing the intrinsic colour or by removing and controlling the formation of extrinsic stains.
ENAMEL MICROABRASION
Enamel microabrasion is a procedure in cosmetic dentistry used to improve the appearance of the teeth. Like tooth whitening it is used to remove discolorations of the tooth surface but microabrasion is a mechanical, rather than chemical, procedure.
TOOTH EXTRACTION
Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth from its socket in the bone because a tooth has been broken or damaged by decay. Sometimes there's too much damage for the tooth to be repaired. In this case, the tooth needs to be extracted. A very loose tooth also will require extraction if it can't be saved.
BRACES TREATMENT
Braces treatment is focusing the use of devices to move teeth or adjust underlying bone. The ideal age for starting orthodontic treatment is between ages 13 to 45 years. However, patient with good oral health can still proceed with braces treatment. Teeth can be moved by removable appliances or by fixed braces. Retainers may be necessary right after wearing braces especially with orthodontic treatment of adults.
FILLING
Filling / restoration treatment specifically to restore the function, morphology, integrity of missing tooth structure resulting from caries or external trauma.
VENEER
Veneer its a layer of material placed over a tooth, veneers improve the aesthetics of a smile and / or protect the tooth's surface from damage. There are two type of material used to fabricate a veneer: composite and porcelain/ceramic.
DENTURE
Dentures are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth, and are supported by the surrounding soft and hard tissues of oral cavity. Conventional dentures are removable however there are many denture design which rely on bonding or clasping onto teeth or dental implant.
SCALLING
Scaling is a procedure involving removable of dental plaque and calculus and then smoothing, or planing of the exposed surfaces of the root that is impregnated with calculus, toxic or microorganisms.
ROOT CANAL TREATMENT
Root canal is a treatment use to repair and save a tooth that badly decayed or becomes infected. during a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is clean and sealed. Without treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form.
TOOTH JEWEL
Tooth jewel is a dental procedure that help in making the smile more beautiful by adding ornaments on the tooth.
BRIDGE
A dental Bridge is a fixed dental restoration (a fixed dental prosthesis) used to replace one or more missing teeth by joining an artificial tooth definitively to adjacent teeth or dental implants.
CROWN
A dental Crown, sometimes known as dental cap, is a type of dental restoration which completely caps or encircles a tooth. Crown can be made of many materials, which are usually fabricated using indirect methods. Crowns are often used to improve the strength or appearence of teeth.
