Today's topic is also closely related to dental care because of the existence of many misunderstandings about our oral health.
Let's start with the most common problem we face, BAD BREATH.

But, when some of our friends, family, relatives or colleagues have this problem, we will think they are not brushing their teeth or being lazy. This is one of the common myths we hear often. The problem of bad breath can be caused by a variety of factors such as, smoking, cavities, excessive caffeine, gum disease, mouth ulcers and other health problems such as mouth infections. In addition, if you have bleeding gums while brushing your teeth, you are advised to continue brushing. It is advisable to use a soft toothbrush and brush gently for at least 2-5 minutes. Excessive brushing or brushing hard will not make your teeth clean and strong but vice versa.

Another common myth that we hear is SUGAR IS BAD FOR TEETH, It definitely a true statement but its not entirely right. The usual intake and its effect on the teeth. If taken in small quantities, it is safe for our teeth as well as our body.

The use of EUGENOL IOL or crushed ASPIRIN PILLS applied or inserted directly due to cavities or bacterial infections is believed to relieve toothache. This is not recommended at all, as we do not know the true cause of the pain in our teeth. So the expertise of a doctor is essential to check the condition of your teeth. You are not allowed to be a doctor by yourself as it may be detrimental to your health.

TEETH WHITENING or whitening treatment will not weaken, damage or hurt your teeth. If you feel uncomfortable as sensitive after treatment it is normal, and will disappear after a week or less a week depending on the individual.
